If possible, try and talk to someone you trust, maybe a family member or friend. They may be able to offer you support and help keep you safe.
There’s no right or wrong way to talk about suicidal feelings – starting the conversation is what is
important.
Who else can you talk to?
If you find it difficult to talk to someone you know, you could call your GP – ask for an emergency appointment.
If your still feel suicidal and it feels out of control take yourself to A&E or if you can’t get there safely call 111 or 999.
